  • NoXiousNet Core / DB

    • Added total vote amount counters to the new votemap.

    • Added a time remaining to the new votemap.

    • The vote stars in the new votemap now have a frame around them.

    • Maps that are on cooldown now are pushed to the bottom of the list.

    • Added sounds to the new votemap.

    • Fixed vote stars in the new votemap having spaces between them.

    Zombie Survival

    • Upped the requirements for the human awards. It’s now 300 (or last human survival), 400, 500, 750, and 1000 points.

    • The game will now tell you how effective a prop is against damage when you put the first nail in.

    • Removed the air-control decrease.

    • Lunging zombies now only get their velocity set to 15% when they hit a player. They maintain full velocity if hitting a wall or other object.

    • Added a separate class/kill icon for the crow.

    • Added a separate class/kill icon for the torso zombie.

    • Crows killing other crows is now shown in the death messages.

    • Fixed poison projectiles sometimes doing physics damage.

    • Fixed a bug where a select few maps wouldn’t use their spawn points properly.

  • 1000 seems a bit much. I figured that on average, people get 25% more points per kill/assist (barricade defence) so the requirements for the human_X awards should be increased by 25%. So 250, 300, 350, 400, 500 seems about right.



  • Does playing as a Survivor and it’s awards really need to be any harder?



  • Nobody will be getting human 1st any time soon.



  • Getting more than 500 points was only possible with ammo crates.



  • Maybe bump up tier points a little too?

    Barely ANYBODY has ever got 600 in the first place. I think my most was about 380 or so.

    this is still insanely difficult.



  • obviously you are inferior and don’t deserve first then.  It used to be one of the hardest awards to obtain, and should remain so.  It is the pinnacle of human survival skill after all.



  • Back then every kill was equal to 5 points in today’s system. 5 headcrabs got you to tier two and counted as 5 kills. Now it takes 9 headcrab kills to reach 25.

    So it’s much more than 200 if you take account of the different points each zombie gives.
