[ZS] Slight skycade protection change

    Detect if a ladder entity is nearby or not. Either if it’s right next to a prop or slightly near it: If there is one, skycade protection doesn’t happen. Prevents barricades on ladders from taking skycade damage, because people still don’t get that they’re damaging props by standing on top despite the shaking screen and sound.

  • Make players phase after standing 3 seconds in a “skycade” entity instead of taking damage, many people use it to grief strategically positioned turrets and destroy them

    I can agree to this. Perhaps make it not instantly decay if you leave the prop so you can’t bypass it either.
