Your map contains the following:

Boomstick near human spawn.

Secret long hallway behind a func_illusionary.

Incredibly long hallways in bottlenecks.

Only one main passage for zombies to go through to get to the main area which can easily be barricaded first two waves.

Potential one-way secret well in the corner of the map that takes you to another hallway bottleneck with props.
Basically most if not all of the design is flawed and you’re better off making another map and learning from this and it would be nice so that it wasn’t intended to be a cheap win for humans.
