[EFT] Hit Multiplier



  • As you hit people, your hit multiplier increases causing you to earn more points with the higher multiplier you have. Getting hit would reset the multiplier.

    It would provide new players with a lot of incentive to actually hit people rather than lounging around in the back of the map. It would also reward people who are very good hitters - not just the people who are scoring touchdowns.

  • It would be nice to apply this with cross-counters also. This sounds like a brilliant idea! – The people who defend the ball carrier and score less goals will get an equal chance to pick a map also!

  • This is a great idea and will help to make the game fair for everyone who plays it, it would be nice to see this included in a future update of EFT :biggrin:. Also, as Rin said, other people will now get a choice in the map votes instead of the more skilled players who score all the points. There is more of a motive to hit the players instead of going straight for the ball, as the ball is really the only way to get a high amount of points with how the game mode is now.



  • I like it but I’m going to say that hitting the same person within 7 seconds or so of the last time you hit him doesn’t increase your multiplier. We don’t want to give people extra silver for body camping.
