  • [header]GMod in general[/header]

    • Available chat fonts have been consolidated. There is now one single font per font family. The size and weight is pre-picked to look the best. The default font has been changed to a simple tahoma.

      • Some slight changes to the overall look of a few GUI elements, including the chat box.
      • Reduced the maximum size of the <mossman> chat tag.
      • Added link, zelda, squadela, king as chat emotes.

      [header]Extreme Football Throwdown[/header]

      • Carrying the ball now displays an on-screen notification on where to go with it to score.
      • Time will slow down when approaching an enemy goal or the ball is about to pass through one.

      [header]Multiplayer TV[/header]

      • The room a player is in is now logged when saying things or using commands.
      • Moved the button for sitting from ALT to SHIFT because it was causing people to alt+tab in sitting down and not know why.

      [header]Zombie Survival[/header]

      • Added a profiling system which will automatically take samples of the locations of humans during wave 0. These locations will be used in the near future for a game changing feature, which should make playing the same map unique each time.
      • Fall damage now starts at a slightly higher fall.
      • Fixed props sometimes becoming non-solid after picking them up and letting go of them. May also fix a rare client crash.
      • Zombie Escape: Fixed the game choosing people essentially the same people over and over as zombies.
      • Zombie Escape: Knockback has been reduced to minimal levels but all damage will slow zombies. They are slowed more when shot in the legs. This is to closely coincide with how CS:S works (damage temporarily slow you). The slow down will be tweaked in the future to match the signature difficulty of ZS.
      • Zombie Escape: A few more guns have been made available.
      • Zombie Escape: Low health as a human no longer slows you down but you will still suffer temporary speed loss when getting hit.

  • Great update. I’m not sure if you know already, but thirdperson at the moment is broken.

    Lua function “ShouldDrawLocalPlayer” is broken just like a while back. Garry has to fix it, so it may take some time. (lots of time)
